Our Shop Zone is an opportunity to raise funds for our local Charity as well as to raise awareness of your support by taking over a window and an area in our Charity Shop to display donations from your company’s/club’s Team or Members. Let Maidenhead know about you and how you are supporting our Charity.

 

THE ‘ADS’ SHOP ZONE IS an amazing opportunity to promote your business to our local community as we are right on High Street, the busiest place in town!

The 'ADS' Charity Shop is located in the heart of Maidenhead, right on High Street. This is the perfect place to showcase your business and support for our local and independent Charity.

 

How does it work?

First, we have to book the Zone on the Shop’s Activities Calendar so we need to agree on the dates as soon as possible. Then, we’ll create all the communication materials such as flyers, posters and social media posts. For this, we’ll need a hi-res version of your logo.

Next, you’ll need to communicate your plans to your Team and Members. We can help with formatting the posters and any other communication materials you may need. We will also include a process for gathering GiftAid authorisations which will add 25% to the value of the sale of your donations.

After you have gathered all of the donations and GiftAid authorisations, we will pick up the donations, sort, price and add a label with your logo so our customers would know which company takes over our Shop Window.

As this is a great opportunity for you to increase your brand awareness, we’ll make sure that all the products are properly ready for sale. We will use a code on your items to keep a tab on how much you have raised for us even after your Shop Zone Time has been completed and the items moved to our other displays.

DISPLAY IN THE ‘ADS’ SHOP ZONE

As a ‘Thank You’ for your donations and support, we are offering you the opportunity to take over one of our Shop Windows and design it as you wish to show your products to our customers. You will also have a special area at the front of our Shop. If you don’t have time to do this, our Staff are happy to take it over and make sure that your donations and business are displayed in the best way.

Your Shop Zone can be up to 14 days, depending on how many donations you have. You can top up over the week or leave stock for us to add. Once the majority of the items have been sold, the remaining items will be added to the rest of the shop stock and the sales continued being added to your total.

We will help promote your business by adding some special signs with “Shop Zone by [your organisation’s name]” and actively promote it on our website and Social Media channels, including a short article in our Monthly Newsletter.
