Superb Night at Music for Memories
Over 90 partygoers enjoyed a fabulous night out at ‘Music for Memories’, a fundraiser party organised by Glenn Stevenson and the Maidenhead Conservative Club in aid of ‘ADS’ Charity. The evening was busy, the atmosphere lively, the entertainment fantastic and everyone enjoyed a delicious curry as well.
There was a magician popping by the different tables, delighting everyone with his tricks, Glenn provided the entertainment as DJ and well as live musician. A generous raffle meant was sold out, and many partygoers went home with a delightful prize.
Partygoer Eileen Noctor said: “My friends and I would like to thank Dee from Alzheimers Dementia Support Charity for inviting us to a superb evening in support of ‘ADS’ Charity. It was a fantastic charity evening at the Maidenhead Conservative Club, raising money and awareness for Dementia. From start to finish, the event was beautifully organised, with real care and attention put into every detail. The atmosphere was lively, friendly, and full of community spirit. You could feel the goodwill in the room as everyone came together for such an important cause. The singer Glenn was absolutely brilliant, creating a perfect vibe throughout the night with great music that kept people smiling, dancing, and singing along. The raffle was a huge highlight — so many generous prizes on offer, and the excitement around each draw kept the room buzzing. The food was delicious and plentiful, and, of course, the drinks were flowing and added to the relaxed, cheerful mood. A massive thank you to the organisers, volunteers, performers, and everyone who supported the evening. It was not only enjoyable but deeply meaningful, helping to shine a light on our fantastic local Dementia Support Charity ‘ADS’ who tirelessly support the local families affected. A truly memorable night for a truly worthy cause. 💜 “
On behalf of our Trustees, staff and members, we like to extend a warm thank you to Glenn Stevenson, the Maidenhead Conservative Club (with special mention for Elisa and Nigel), all the volunteers and attending partygoers for their generosity and for making the night such a success!
