VOLUNTEER LOCATION: Working within the community, liaising with the shop team, picking up donations within the Maidenhead, Windsor, Langley, Slough and Ascot and delivering to the ‘ADS’ Charity shop in High Street Maidenhead

VOLUNTEER ROLE:   Charity Shop Driver

MAIN TASKS: 

• Liaising with Shop Manager to organise picking up donations Customers and delivery them the shop.

• Encouraging Donators to Gift Aid

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE:

We require driver volunteers to be enthusiastic, polite and approachable with good communication skills, attention to detail, aware of surroundings and self-motivated.  The volunteers will need to work as part of a team.

DAYS & TIME REQUIRED:

Flexible but likely to be a day or two half days per week, you must have your own transport and able to drop off donations to the shop between 9 am and 10 am Monday to Wednesday.

TRAINING & SUPPORT PROVIDED: 

Training, support and guidance will be given to you by staff and other experienced volunteers during the role. All volunteers will require DBS, which ADS will organise.
